Student STEM Programming (2014-Present)

Summer, after school and embedded student programming which provides opportunities for learning outside of the traditional classroom. Working with teachers, students, community members and more to create hands on programming around solving real world issues.

KIPP: Columbus Programming (2017-Present)

Worked at KIPP: Columbus creating and running STEM programming with all grade bands. Working with the KIPP: Columbus staff to help engage students in Applied STEM Learning and Design Thinking.

Hocking College Ecolab Field Staff (2015-2016)

Worked in the field with PAST Foundation staff at the Hocking College Ecological Science Field Lab, in Nelsonville, Ohio on the campus of Hocking College. Worked with the Hocking College staff and the Nelsonville community to get the students around the college and into the ecosystems and surrounding areas so that they would be engaged in Applied STEM Learning. Worked closely with the students to develop and build diverse skills such as field work, research, web development and public speaking that made the ecological Field School a success.

SOIL Field School Staff (2014)

Worked in the field with PAST Foundation staff on the Kelley’s Island Field School, on Kelley’s Island in Lake Erie in Northern Ohio. Worked with the other PAST Foundation staff and with the island community to get the students around the island and engaged in Applied STEM Learning. Worked closely with the isolated community on the island to develop and build relationships that made the Field School a success.
